1. Any information shared by you during the counselling sessions shall be treated as confidential information.
2. Your confidential information shall not be disclosed or shared by Happitude Studio, either verbally or in writing; except in the following circumstances:
   1. If Happitude Studio believes that there is a significant threat or risk to your health, safety or life, or to the health, safety or life of any other person.
   2. If Happitude Studio is required to share such confidential information to any authority by law.

 

SHARING YOUR CONTENT

1. Please note that only personal information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the website, or to any social media account owned and operated by Happitude Studio will become available to the public. No other information provided by you will be shared with the public. Once you have shared such information or made it public, the same may be re-shared by others, re-posted by Happitude Studio, or used by Happitude Studio for the purposes of analysis or research.
2. Happitude Studio shall not share the sensitive personal information of a client without their prior consent.

Happitude Studio reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change, amend, add or delete the Privacy Policy at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy for any changes.
