We equally respect and value the time of our clients and our counsellors. For this, the client’s attendance is important. We have a strict policy against frequent absenteeism or late-coming. By scheduling an appointment or making the payment, clients imply that they agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- When you schedule an appointment, the counsellor gives you their exclusive time and blocks it for you. When you do not show up, it is considered a disservice to their time and other clients, who could have used that slot for their well-being. Failing to show up for the appointment is chargeable, amounting to non-refundable cancellation of the session. You will need to pay for the sessions again in order to book the appointment.
- If a client wishes to cancel their appointment, they must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the appointment. Any cancellation done after that will be chargeable, amounting to fees equivalent to one session.
- Clients who come in late for the appointment, will get only the remaining time of the session. No refund will be given for the time missed.
- In case the client wants to extend their session, the extension is subject to the availability of the counsellor. Additional charges may apply as per the rate of the session.
